Do I have to order two bottles every two weeks?
No. That is a suggested starting order. Choose the quantity and delivery frequency that suit your home or business in checkout, then adjust them as your needs change.
What if I do not own glass bottles?
Choose “I need glass bottles” to include one-time bottle purchases with your first order. You own the bottles; there is no deposit. You can adjust how many bottles you buy in checkout.
What happens to my empty bottles?
Leave your customer-owned bottles in the agreed pickup spot. We collect, wash, refill, and return them full. Pickup and return timing is arranged for your route.
Do I need a dispenser?
Use a dispenser suitable for your 5-gallon glass bottles. Optional dispenser rentals are available in checkout. Call +1 (650) 938-3122 if you need help checking your setup.
When can my first delivery arrive?
Checkout shows available delivery dates and checks your service address. Select the date that works for your home or business.
Can I change or cancel service?
You can adjust your order and schedule in your account. Service is month-to-month with no cancellation fee. See the Delivery Service Agreement for cancellation instructions and terms.
