These Website Terms govern use of the Use Pure Water website and lead request forms. These terms are a draft business template and should be reviewed by California counsel before launch.
1. Website Purpose
The website lets prospective customers request purified or alkaline water delivery for homes or businesses. Submitting a form does not create an active delivery account, charge a payment method, or guarantee service. Use Pure Water will confirm service area, delivery schedule, pricing, bottle deposits, and contract terms before recurring service begins.
2. Requests and Service Communications
By submitting a request, you authorize Use Pure Water to contact you by phone or email about your request, delivery account, order, pricing, schedule, and service issues. Text message notifications are governed by the Text Messaging Program section below and require a separate SMS opt-in where required by law or carrier rules.
3. Text Messaging Program
If you provide your mobile phone number and actively opt in to Use Pure Water text messages, you consent to receive recurring automated and non-automated text messages from Use Pure Water about your water delivery service. Messages may include delivery reminders, driver assignment notices, out-for-delivery updates, delivery confirmations, delivery details, account or schedule updates, change-request follow-up, and customer support responses.
Message frequency varies based on your delivery schedule and account activity, and recurring delivery customers may receive up to 6 messages per delivery cycle plus responses to customer-initiated requests. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not required to make a purchase.
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact Use Pure Water at support@usepurewater.com or +1 (650) 938-3122. After you opt out, we may send one confirmation message and then will not send further text messages unless you opt in again. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. Pricing and Availability
Any price shown on this website is an estimate unless it is clearly labeled as a confirmed price. Recurring service requires a Delivery Service Agreement or order form that states the price, delivery frequency, required fees, bottle/equipment deposits, and cancellation method. Taxes and government-imposed fees may be added where applicable.
5. No Medical Advice
Information about purified water, alkaline water, pH, taste, or hydration is general product information only. It is not medical advice and should not be used to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.
6. Delivery Agreement
Recurring water delivery is governed by a separate Delivery Service Agreement. If there is a conflict between these Website Terms and a signed Delivery Service Agreement, the signed agreement controls for the delivery account.
7. Electronic Records and Signatures
You agree that electronic records, checkboxes, typed names, and electronic signatures may be used for delivery requests and agreements where permitted by law.
8. Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the website, submit false information, interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
9. Third-Party Services
The website may use third-party services for hosting, analytics, CRM, notifications, e-signature, payment processing, or map/address tools. Those services may process information as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The website is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Use Pure Water disclaims implied warranties related to the website and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from website use.
11. Changes
Use Pure Water may update these Website Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Material changes to active delivery agreements will be handled under the applicable agreement and law.
